are you guys doing rapid prototypes with a c&c machine? or is it with a new gen type printer? how much cleanup/detailing was necessary?
do u have any images of it before it was detailed? like just out of printer.

elfufu- we do both, with the C&C it all depends on the bit size and speed how much clean up it will need, with the printers it does not need much at all,again it all depends on the final use and size.

Impressive, to say the least. Man, this is the way to go. I mean, this the best of both worlds: speed and symmetry of ZBrush but still relying on a good sculptor for the details in clay, which is the fun part anyways. On top of that, a CG model that can be posed and experimented as previz for facial expressions and color experimentations.
