Here are my suggestions:
The overall shape is not bad, but I think that it could be greatly improved if you payed a close attention to cheetah’s anatomy. Just go on google, take tons of cheetah reference pictures and sculpt the muscles based on that. The paws could be worked a bit more.
The face could also use a little more work, from the side it seems okay but from the front it is quite large. Something seems wrong with the eyes too (maybe too close of the center).
Finally, I think the dynamism of your pose was better when it was at the Ztool state, the back legs were overlapping the front legs like a real sprinting cheetah, but in the sculpt they are not doing it anymore.
Hope that helps
this is my final render of my cheetah…hope you like this…give me suggestions…rendered in renderman and mentalray along with photoshop…

You could also visit a zoo to take some photography of cheetah’s texture, including fur for realism. Those can be - as I have seen on your personal homepage - adapted to your PSD texture map. Cheetah’s head is anatomically wrong. The image posted is more of a gorilla. You can also have a look at www.wikipedia.org where you are allowed to download images and text about cheetah. Try to get your detail as far as possible to this nice turtle image in the forum headlines. Of course, this depends on computing capacitiy but refering to the motorcycle, there should be a further detail level to aspire to.
One issue for me is that the face seems very much human rather than cheetah like. The nose and the eyes most of all seem like they are based of a human face.
The eyes seem a little too close together for the width of the head. The nose feels more like like a human one, rather than the larger, flatter one of a cheetah.
The ears also need extending.
I do like your initial zsphere pose quite a bit though. The final rendered pose seems like you toned it down?
thank you very much for your suggestions and advices…,i will surely make more reference…since i am new to zbrush…also i ambad at proper proposition in muscle flow…i will try to be better…thanks DagMX and fj8e5la and mightyreg …thanks for taking interest in my threads…
Hope you friends like cheetahs new head…is it alright?? please give me suggestions…

No it is not allright, but compare it to
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Acinonyx_jubatus_Sabi_Sands.jpg
where you can see a side view. Cheetahs have a much bigger snout and more dominant eyebrows. The ears are triangular from side and somewhat round seen in a front view.
You could grab the snout with the zbr 3.5 morph tool and pull it a bit higher. The nose tip is more exposed.
The face of a cheetah is not as round as your model.
