Heya!
Well - i had to rebuild most of the torso cage after seing some bad deformations using a test rig. So here’s a small update of the torso:

Another thing is that a friend of mine finally started rigging the face; the current state looks like this:

Superb modeling skills.Keep it up and i cant wait to see this finishe.

Mr Micro.
Thanx alot for commenting - but i wouldn’t say superb, I still have a lot to learn

Here’s an update of the facial rig, below is also a test of how it works, without the head though. Just want to keep you folks updated
Model updates comming along tomorrow i would think.

Test animation

Oh - by the way. All comments and suggestions are offcourse welcome. This project is purely an experiment; for me to improve my moddeling skills and for my friend testing his ideas on a facial rig
So please tell us if you have any ideas for improvement.

I just a new test with the rig above. Notice this test is only with the envelopes turned on; no skinning has been done yet, nor any adjustments to either the rig nor the skinning

i see the video upside-down, what happen?

Hmm - weird
Well, i see the movie top-down here, maybe it’s because you havn’t got the latest Divx codec?

I have a lot of problems regarding my displacement map generated by Zbrush. I can’t get any decent results in 3dsmax using my displacement map - i tried a billion tutorials, including the settings posted in the gigantic displacement thread.

Does anyone have a good setup i could use for these models?
