Chara modeling related question

Hi everyone,
I am sculpting a character in Zbrush which is going to be used to make a low poly one for real time app( UDK).
I would like to know how do you get a very clean UV and texture seam on the shoulder of the character when it is hidden in the seams of (for example) a jacket.
Do you sculpt the seam of the cloth in Zbrush? or do you use Photoshop? or the arms is another subtool? or anything else?

If some video games professionals read this post it would be great to tell me what is your technique.
