It’s my first time posting here and second character I have created - Peca The Blacksmith concept was done by Jun Hyunk Lee https://www.artstation.com/artwork/blacksmith-peca

Peca is 67k tris and the hair was done using X-Gen in Maya rendered front view with Arnold to create a texture map.

I look forward to updating this thread as I finish more work.

Hi again!

I’ve been working on improving facial anatomy and attempting to achieve realistic hair, to do so I stepped out of my comfort zone and learnt how to paint the strands in Photoshop.
