Changing start menu?

Well, I’m following the tutorials on the main pixologic site, but whenever I open up my Zbrush I get this:

instead of the regular menu I’m used to seeing:

Any advice? :S (also how do I make the alpha start on the default “Alpha 01”?)

Well my man,
get used to using Lightbox it took me a while too. But once you get the hang of it, you surely don’t wanna go back to the old splashscreen.
Just play around with it a little and you will love it
