Changing normal direction

Is there a way to change the direction of all the normals in a mesh? I guess this is the same as reversing the vertex order of all the quads.

I want to do this because the mesh I got (from some good person at ZBC) has the normals all pointing inwards, so when I use the inflate brush it always works opposite.

I’m using ZB 3.1.

In the Tool palette under Display Properties there is Flip button to flip the normals of the visible polys.
