Change the hotkeys?

Hi there folks!!

I wonder if there is a way to change the hotkeys? I´m sort of stuck on Maya. I have them in my spine and it´s enoying that I can´t change them. If I look in the zbrush/startup/hotkey/startup.txt file, I do not understand. What is this?
Is there a way?
