Hiyas im just wondering if i can make a subtool have its own axis? i have an elongated cube and i moved it so its not central to the whole model axis, so when i try to twist it it twists around the central axis and not its own centre? is there any way to fix this please?

You can use Transform>Set Pivot to temporarily set the pivot to the object center. Any deformations will then be relative to that point. When you’re done press Clear Pivot to reset the subtool. As setting the pivot will temporarily move your subtool you’ll probably find it easiest to turn off visibility for the others.
