Chain Tutorial Help: Mesh InsertPreview not Available

Insert Mesh Problem [Mac OS 10.5.8 running ZB 3.2]

I’m having trouble getting this tutorial (http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?t=61864 ) to work for me.

I use the torus to make a pair of chain links as a tool. Then I build a ZSphere length as a different tool. With the ZSphere tool active I go to Brush>Mesh InsertPreview but the button is ghosted out.

How do I insert the pair of chain links inserted into the ZSpheres?

its not a brush insert its a zsphere insert (adaptive skin menu), make sure you’re using the adaptive skin classic mode

Thanks for the assistance. I need to straighten out some orientation issues and we are good to go.
