Kircho

Wonderful modeling maxedwin!:+1: Happy to see your lastest work, you got improve so much;)
I modeled a female these days, and I got the same problem as you, the eyes. But there is difference, I got the problem in textures. I do know how to model eyes, ohh…yes, I have a GONMON WORKSHOP DVD TUTORIAL “GNOMON ZBRUSH” If you got a nice network you can download it from me. It’s about human modeling, I think it would be a great help for you. So, you can Email me when you wanna get the tutorual.
Keep zbrushing pal~~and best wishes.:+1:

Could you show me your frame view? I just wonder…please:)

Moochie - good idea, I never actually go to challenges forum :P, and…I’m a newbie, so dont worry bout it

pixeler - thx for the offer :), but I dont have good network over here…it’s
really painfull to look for reference pictures with this kind of network :stuck_out_tongue:

heres the wire (sub div 3, polys 5376) , sorry about the quality…hmm, the lips needs more geometry

Thanks pal, I just compare with my character, I will post my lastest work later with frame view, Emm…do you know how to put the texture for eyes?

these look great, I was wondering. did you start out with zspheres? or create the base mesh in a 3rd party app and import? if its a zsphere, mind showing it? id like to figure out how people are getting the frame to circle the eyes and mouth. better for animation I hear. (newbie I am)

Great Work U Use Front And Left Reference To Model Them Or You Just Do It Within Memory???

^^ this is so Nice!:+1:

pixeler - texturing the eyes?..erm sorry, I can’t help on that one
rubben - yep, I used a lot of reference images…

well, this is how I started by zsphere

I’m just seaching the alpha map for the female skin, I think I got a better work than yours in low poly modeling, haha~My latest work will coming soon~:+1:
Thanks your frame view pal, thanks.
Err…you should know the bullet-time movie…I tried to make a bullet-time animation in 3ds max, and I got a little success. Have you tried to do that before?

Do you have Alpha map for female? Send me please if you have please…

pixeler - nope, I don’t have any alpha map, neither the bullet time thing =P. Yeah, my low poly model is quite ugly hehe, maybe you can show some tips

Have you tried to use Zmapper? If not, Get it quickly!! You should try~;)

well, it’s time to bring the mesh into 3dmax, looks like my pc isnt strong enough to render milions poly, so I lost some skin details :td: …I spend quite a time to learn about fast skin shader

I redo the nose, and tweaked lot of stuff…

here is the render test using mental ray (disp map + bump)…700.000 poly

Eyes will be around the bottom of my to do list though  …

Latest picture:
this is just a skin testing (the eyes r just for cover up =P). What do you think of the skin ?? Anyone who knows about fast skin shader perhaps can give a suggestion ?
