Cavity Map from HD Geometry?

Just curious, is there any way to get the full-rez cavity map from your HD Geometry?

You can only work on sections of your model in HD at a time, and even then, when you mask by cavity, it doesn’t allow you to save your mask to an alpha.

Any way to get the full HD mask would be appreciated.
