Canvas greyed out

Hi!
The objects on my canvas, sometimes, get greyed out. I can still move them on 3D, but can see only the silhouette. The only way to go back is by restarting.
What am I doing and how do I fix it without having to close the program?
I´ve attached an example of what I´m talking about.
Thank you very much for your help, this is driving me crazy!
Sorry for any english mistake, I´m from Brazil.

Try this:

  1. Turn off Edit (press T on the keyboard).
  2. Set the Z Intensity and RGB Intensity sliders to 100.
  3. Turn on Edit (press T on the keyboard).
