Every time I try to store my mesh using the “Image Plane” plug in, whether it’s side view or front view, it gives me an error then proceeds to delete my mesh entirely. Can anyone please help me? Thank you.

You need to download and install the latest version of Image Plane for ZBrush 4R2, available from the Download Center. Make sure you remove the previous version of Image Plane from your ZStartup/ZPlugs folder before installing.
