Can't open save from zBrush 4R4

Hello there,
I’m new on this forum and in zBrush, please treat me easy.

So i downloaded save model from TurboSquid. Author says that it was saved using zBrush 4R4. I downloaded the newest version of zBrush and tried to open that file.

I don’t know if i’m so dump or something is wrong with the file. Can someone hep me. It would be awesome if someone export this model for me to an FBX or OBJ.

It opens fine for me. Perhaps you’re doing something wrong? You should be clicking the “Load Tool” button from the Tool palette in order to open .ztl files. Are you doing that or doing something else?

It loads for me without any issues. Three subtools there, the head, jaw and an eye. Pity the teeth are not a separate subtool, but for free the whole thing looks decent enough.
