So I currently have Zbrush 4 and Zbrush 3.12 installed on my macbook. I’ve been working on Zbrush 4 for a school assignment. I saved 2 versions of the same file (at different times) and brought it to school. The computers there run windows and when i tried to load .the tool that i worked on at home , it gave me “error has been encountered while trying to load a tool” 
So i went home and i reloaded the file on my computer and worked on it some more to test it. I tried opening it in Zbrush 3.13 and still didn’t work. I have all my objects on the lowest sub-div and it still didn’t load. The only program my file will open is in Zbrush 4 on my mac, the only program I worked on my file. The computers at school use Zbrush 4 as well. I really have no idea what is going on
ANY help would be appreciate it. I need to fix this problem asap.

1) Models created in one version can never be opened by earlier versions. So something saved in Z4 will not be able to be opened in 3.12 (which is no longer supported, anyway).
- It’s possible that the computer where you have Z4 installed and can open this model is more powerful than the ones that can’t. It’s also possible that there’s a plugin on one that’s creating problems with the others.

Glad to know that it won’t open in 3.12. Now I can push that aside. Also what do you mean by plugin? (Sorry I’m really new to Zbrush ^^’)
