Can't install ZB 3.5 R3 - installer quits

I’ve switched from 32bit to 64bit (Win7 Professional). So I have to re-install ZB.
I start the installer and after a few seconds I get the following error message:

1152: Error extracting
C:\Users\Sabine\AppData\Local\Temp{F971F14…
3.5 R3.msi to the temporary location

Then all I can do is click OK and the installer quits.

I used the same file for installing ZB on my old 32bit system and on my laptop and there it worked. Only now with 64bit it produces this error.
I’m running the system with administrator rights.

Please help?!

Ok, forget it.
I cleared the Temp folder and rebooted - then it worked.
