can't find ZBrushinfo Image Plane template

Jason Welsh describes setting up image planes in this old 3DTotal tutorial extract:

http://www.3dtotal.com/team/Tutorials_3/zbrush_training/lesson_03/zbrush_lesson_03.php

I can’t find the FRONT/SIDE 2096 x 2048 jpg that he shows saving from somewhere at ZBrushinfo > Main Page >
Tutorials > Sculpting a Skull Using Image Planes. Found a PDF with the tutorial but don’t see the downloadable template, just a graphic of it within the PDF.

http://download.pixologic01.com/Documents/ZBrush3_Practical_070307.pdf

However, clicking on the plane template graphic in the PDF brings you to:

http://www.zbrush.info/docs/index.php/Image:ImagePlaneX_default.jpg

But, it’s not the plane image. Somewhere on this html page may be a way to navigate to the jpg, but I’m lost.

Anyone know where to find it? I really want to follow Jason Welsh’s instructions exactly and want to use that exact template.
Jason Welsh shows saving it from a Pixologic html page that I cannot find.

It’s in the ZBrush directory in the ‘ZTool > Image Plane’ folder. There is one for the cube and one for the X.

Thanks.
