Can't click on save as after install the files inside the TroubleShootHelp

Hi, i am a new user to zbrush.
After i upgraded my window to window 7, i can’t click on the save button in the tool box. It’s darken.

I have tried several ways to solve it but yet still can’t fix the problem.
I installed the files inside the trouble shoot help folder and i have set zbrush run as administrator under the compatibility. But i still can’t get it fix.

Please let me know if anyone have a solution to solve this problem.

Please provide a screen shot of your entire interface, with the Tool palette open. Thanks!

this is the screen shot~ my zbrush version is 3.5r3 and my pc have intel xeon processor and 6gb ram with 64-bit operating system

I asked for the entire interface. You cut off the title bar, which removed some of the information that I need in order to try and assist.

If it’s a bug I haven’t seen this one before.

I have a clue what it might be, but it’s a bit of a moral issue.
