Cannot start ZB3.5r2 now to deactive it for ZB3.5r3

When I try to open ZB3.5r2 now, I get the following error:

[font=Garamond]“The application has failed to start because it’s side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more details.”

[font=Garamond]ZB3.5r2 used to work. This is the first time in about a month that I’m trying to run it because I moved.
[font=Garamond]I did the vcredist install and the Data Execution Prevention tab thing…rebooted and I still get the error.
[font=Garamond]Like I said, it worked for months and now…when I try to open it to deactive it for ZB3.5r3, I get the error.

You’ll need to submit a support ticket so that we can manually remove an activation from your account. Include your serial number in the ticket.

I just sent a support ticket that aurick recommended.
