I have looked in the brushes section to insert hand, but its not there. Or do i have to install it somehow? Can anyone help thx. Here is a photo of the brushes i have.

select the IMM BP brush, the one with the head. 4 down, 6 across in the screenshot.
then hit the M key and a menu will popup with the other body parts including the hand.
