cannot even DOWNLOAD zbrush 3.5 r2

hi,

so the link from the cleverbridge email still gives me a “link inactive” response.

i have deactivated all licenses of 3.5 on both my work and home computers and currently am not running 3.5 in any way shape or form. but i have no functional link to a download.

it has been 3 days since i submitted a ticket and it has still gone unanswered.

can i get some help please? to just… be… able to DOWNLOAD the thing?

I was able to locate your account, so I refreshed your download link for another 14 days. I also had cleverbridge resend the delivery email just in case you need it again.

that did it!

I was wondering on something. If ZBrush 3.5R3 would be released, how are we supposed to get it if our download links doesn’t work anymore?

The best thing is to subscribe to the news at http://support.pixologic.com/ You can subscribe by email or RSS feed. Either way, we’ll make an announcement when the time comes, which will have the necessary details.

This is not what I’m talking about.

If I in the future discover that there is a ZBrush 3.5R3 and I want to download it, I cannot since the download link won’t work anymore.

From the support site :

Download ZBrush using the link that was sent to you AFTER you upgraded. This is in the same email that has your ZBrush 3.5 serial number. The link in your initial upgrade email was single-use and cannot be used again. You can delete that email. The only email you need to keep is the one with your ZBrush 3.5 serial number. As stated, that email was sent after you upgraded. It contains your serial number, cleverbridge reference number, and your download link.
It refers there to the email I got with the serial code. The link only works for a limited time, so is it only possible to get the ZBrush 3.5R3 if we contact you and ask for a new download link?

Why not just make it availible for everyone always? Pretty much everyone else does that…

As previously stated, the announcement will have the necessary details. Please simply wait for that announcement. We’re not going to go telling you to download from an expired link. :slight_smile:

just wanted to maybe clarify the other poster’s concern…

imo, there’s gotta be a better way to do this than to rely on a PREVIOUSLY SENT email. maybe just email every (relevant) body again with a new, confirmed valid link…

so every upgrade, there is an email.

i have got the same problem! the download link is dead.
i contacted cleverbridge already - but if you aurick could locate
my account and reactivate the download link it would be great!

This sort of thing really should be handled through the support system, though. It’s not good to give your account info out in a public forum like that. I’ve edited your post to remove the reference number.

I’ve been juggling between Beta, RC, and RTM versions of Windows 7 while doing the different upgrade cycles for ZBrush 3.5 and I never did get the r2 bit to work.

Can the good support folk watching this thread also send me a new download notification?

I promise, I won’t be reinstalling Windows any time soon.

The same problem as above. I followed the instructions and there is no active link referencing the original cleverbridge email. I am without a 3.5 installed, I need the 3.5SR2.

I have updated the support ticket to critical, but I have received no response.
Can I priate message you my account details because this is a problem.
