Can you get backgrounds like this in Z4?

I notice other programs have backgrounds for rendering, I was wondering if there is any way to get something similar in Z4, like in these renders?

Here is a Studio Backdrop obj. you can import into ZBrush. You can assign any color or material you want to it.
