Can selecting and inverting mesh be done?

HI,

Since I’ve not had one response to my thread on the previous page I will start another one and pose my question a bit differently …

Is there a way in ZBrush to select mesh, with symmetry on so both sides of the mesh are selected, and invert it somehow to hide it inside the main mesh so I keep the same verts?

Thanks

what?

I thought my post was clear enough. Inverting part of the mesh, turn it inside out??

Hmmm, OK. So this will work on say a masked part of the mesh? Sorry, I wanna make sure we are on the same page with this. I’ve tried just about everything to create a 3 finger hand from a 4 finger hand and since it’s being used as a morph for a Poser figure it’s gotta maintain the same vert order or what ever or the morph won’t work!

OK< that doesnt’ seem to work. I’ve tried it with the pinkie masked and then inverting it and tried the rest of the body, minus the pinkie. Not what I was after. Thanks for the help!
