I am working on a mesh with layers on it. However I want to edit the UV (no changing of mesh topo). Can I bring the mesh out, edit the UV in maya and bring it back into zbrush, keeping the layers?
You can copy paste UVs with uv master plugin Zbrush
Yes you can. You can also just GoZ the mesh to Maya, edit your UVs and GoZ it back to Zbrush. As long as you don’t change vert count/order.
