Dragon Pendant with Fire Opal
Concept piece for pendant. Modeled with Zbrush and 3DCoat.
The body scales and plates was created by the Curves Tool and Splines from 3Dcoat, a great tool for this type of finish, other elements as head, arms, tail and ridges of the spine were modeled entirely with Zbrush.

lildragon, I took that idea into consideration, but I rejected it because would be a door for dirt, the design should take such things into consideration

I’ve been playing around with Fibermesh to get usable results for Jewelry Designs, and posibilities are infinite, pure fun! here is an example. Hope you like it! (Rendered in Keyshot)
