Hi Folks
All my Buttons, Brushes and Slider works fine in my new, own Ui. But ZBrush has very Problems to save the Brush -Symmetry Buttons and Sliders if i set these also in my own Ui. Why have ZBrush only with this Buttons and Sliders Problems?
If i start again ZBrush, these Buttons and Sliders disappear. A frustration! Check:
Thx, but this solves my problem unfortunately not.
If i load a other Model, then disappear again the Symmetry Sliders and Buttons.
As Example:
I save a model at the same time as I have saved the UI, so it shows me the next time i start zBrush and opening this saved model also the correct saved UI.
But if i change the Model/Project (open a other Document/Project), then disappear the Parts of my saved Ui (The Symmetry Sliders and Buttons.). This is to cry. :,(
And even if I zBrush close and then open es again, it is also no longer there.
A document is not a project… The UI is context sensitive and this I believe is what your issue is.
Thx for Help me. But i don’t think that’s my Problem. Because even if I start zBrush new it is also disappeared.
Ok, you were right. Apparently he only saves for each project, this Symmetry Buttons & Sliders.
For a new project you need to set this Slieder unfortunately again.
If you save the UI config(after customizing) AND have a 3D object drawn out AND in Edit mode. Your buttons and such should be there. Without having an open document, you have no draw tools in a paint program either…that I’ve noticed. ZBrush is a unique software. Read more about it, play with it more and pay attention to what happens when I click here or do this. HTH
Yeah, but the other Tools/Buttons and Sliders/Brushes i also see there (not activated, but to see), when i’ve not open a document. Only the Symmetry Buttons and Slider are not there.
IF you open a saved project file(.zpr) the UI should be as you expect it to be. Symmetry would be an aspect of a tool, if there is no tool, there will be no symmetry. Hope that makes sense.
