Buggy Tool: Export UV feature is broken in Zbrush

I posted on a different topic thread regarding this issue, I have broken uv’s on some models. I even reuv them with UV Master but for some reason they stay broken. Heres what I did:

deleted any config files in the pixologic folder for a fresh start.

created a fresh zsphere

converted to polymesh3d

unwrapped it in UV Master

copy/pasted uv’s

clicked mrg under export checked off grp

exported/imported obj and ended up with broken uv’s
(imported into Maya 2010 with groups turned off as a single object).

UV Master eliminated a lot of prior problems but I think it just created more lol.
