i know this seems like a stupid bug, but the ones i hate the most.
Switching from transpose to any brush via hotkey. It doesnt ‘listen’ it defaults to ‘Standard’, you have to push it again.
Opening and closing palettes. They don’t remember where i left them vertically. When you open them they always starts up at the top.
Hope they get fixed

For number 2 are you saying that when you put a palette in the left or right tray and then store the config that when ZBrush is relaunched it will not open with the palette in the right or left tray?

Im taking about when you open a palette from the menu bar at the top of the screen and scroll down to do whatever.
ie Tool > Open up the deformation menu
When i close it and then open it start up at the top again. I would love it if it remembered where i left it.
