brutal drawing bug when sculpting

I’m getting a problem with offset display of strokes. The actual stroke applies fine but when it’s previewed, it’s offset in the Z and creates a circular block that’s making it impossible to tell what’s going on. See video:

Has anyone seen this before? I get it occasionally but restarting the app doesn’t seem to be fixing it now.

ok - I think I just found a way to fix it. Turn off Perspective. Weird. Is this a known issue?

I have that happen a lot too, usually I just kill Zbrush and start it back up (Init Zbrush has weird and inconsistent results for me).
I will try the perspective trick that sounds a LOT quicker!
