brush Z intensity pressure sensitivity artifacts

hello, i am using zbrush 4r7 p3 (Trial), with wacom tablet (intuos pro, PTH-851).
when using standard brush (without lazyMouse), there is some kind of spike (blobs) in the sensitivity of the z intensity that happens in regular intervals.
I’ve tried reinstalling different versions of the wacom drivers to no avail.
i am attaching a screen grab of the problem.

regards,
jo.

edit:
i have been able to reproduce the exact same effect with a regular mouse (wacom device disconected from pc).
also the same on a different pc.

edit2:
i downloaded a recording program (OBS studio), and was about to record the problem, but than it seems that the problem was gone.
somehow just when the Obs studio is in the background the problem seems to go away, returning when i exit OBS.

Have you tried adjusting the step settings in the Stroke Menu?

the one on the lazyMouse settings ? (i have lazymouse disabled).

You need to uninstall the old drivers from your tablet so that it doesn’t conflict with your new tablet.
.
I had this problem and no one knew the solution… until I thought I’d look into updating drivers. I remembered that I had changed my Wacom for a Huion and I ended up not uninstalling all the drivers from my old Wacom, so I researched how to uninstall all existing Wacom drivers on my computer, so I could find this link:

.
In this link, you can get all files that must be deleted to eliminate drivers on your Wacom desktop. Before doing that I uninstalled everything related to Wacom through the control panel, and only then went to eliminate those files that are in the link.
.
After that, I installed a newer driver from Huion, just in case, and restarted the computer, after the restart I opened Zbrush, and everything went back to normal, and the pen sensitivity got better!
.
Hope this helps
