I made a custom stroke that relies on stroke jitter ( In the Stroke menu under the modifier tab ) set to a certain value. I noticed that that stroke setting stays on for all my other brushes. I am wondering if there is a way to safe individual stroke settings on a per brush basis. I never had this problem, so maybe I have a global preference set wrong ?

Not every setting in the Stroke palette saves on a per brush basis. The setting for Jitter is currently global, and does not save with the brush. I imagine a scripting solution that sets the brush Jitter to a specific value is possible, though this will also apply to all brushes in the session.
