still need to complete his hair and ears

You got the perpetual smirk right, which is the toughest part with him. the eye ride seems to extend out oddly far behind the eye, though.
Good resemblance.
He looks great! you could try to use perspective to give the sculpt a more realistic look (Draw>Persp)
