Hey, thought I’d start a sketchbook post more constantly and show growth.

First piece is a sculpt I did for fun and practice with Zbrush and Photoshop.

For a while now, I’ve been really interested in the hand-painted texture style of modeling, so I thought I’d take a crack at it and make a model of Tomycase’s design of Mega Typhlosion (i.imgur.com/Sv0875E.jpg). Making this model was a fun process, really learned a lot while making it. I’ll definitely make more and better models with this workflow in the future. Hope you all like this and please leave any feedback you can/want.

Hey, I just recently finished this hand-painted mega empleon pokemon model. I made this after browsing the internet and finding this design on deviantart and thinking it’d be very cool to make something of it. I used Zbrush to sculpt, Blender to repolologize and texture paint, Xnormal to bake maps, and krita for additional texturing to work on this piece. the original concept of this pokemon if from badafra.deviantart.com
