broken topology problem

Hello i am having a weird issue may be you guys can help me ?

i’ll try to explain, english is not my language. :)- my apologies if i am wrong.

  1. made a base mesh.
  2. i did a sculpt.
  3. i made z sphere to do the re topology.
  4. if was working fine i was previewing my adaptive skin regularly.
  5. after a point. the wire frame of my adaptive skin was broken, the edges were not flowing continuously.
  6. for the testing purpose i made adaptive skin with 2 division level and took it to maya and maya tells that the normals are flipped, but i dont know how i did that , i was checking it regularly while i was making points with zspheres on the sculpted mesh

before this problem occured i saved the file closed zbrush and opened again and it started giving me this problem with this specific ztl. i also noticed i was not able to move the points. but i could only move the new made points .

never mind i redid the whole topology
