Bringing in mesh from Maya? Scale issue

Im working in centimeters for my mesh pieces in Maya since I work with Unreal Engine as well. I realize that when I bring in my model to zbrush thats to real world scale, Zbrush has an issue with this. For example, scaling my brush up to maximum size is not big enough for what I need. I aos need to dynamesh at insane resolutions for it to dynamesh properly.

How do I change the scale in Zbrush so I can work on my real world scale models?
