Very nice, the skin could use alittle more surface detail and the face more color variation. What did you use to render?
There are no texture yet ^^

THe skin shader was very good too! Is that a matcap and a zbrush render or some SSS in a 3D package?
You should also keep working on the folds of the pants and add some on the gloves
