I have recently completed a personal project of a BMX model - the renders and breakdown shots are posted below.
The bike was modelled entirely using ZBrush - the Zremodeller brush was my main tool of choice to create all the different subtools shown - I think it is an incredible feature to work with!
Regarding the framework for the bike, this was dynameshed to ‘fuse’ the sections together and the abstract artwork wrapped around the frame was drawn in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet.
In terms of the rendering, V-Ray for 3DS Max was used for the final shots alongside After Effects/Photoshop for postproduction. For the HDRI, I purchased this from panocapture.
