This piece started out as a texture resolution test and then became an entire portrait piece.
This face is made up of 4 8k UDIM maps. At this level of resolution, I was able to hold onto as much detail as I could from the Texturingxyz maps. This level of detail gives you more accurate skin roughness when displaced, as well as specular detail.
The next portrait I do, I plan to put more pose/emotion into it.
