How are you doing these things???
That Wings thing is driving me nuts and the background for the dragon is too. Maybe I need to learn Wings but I have managed to fail to do that for ages so why stop now right?
Also how are you getting things into photographs? I tried that once and it sort of worked but I cant seem to do it again.
Are the photographs those hdri things?
If so did you take them your self?
I want to know stuff!!!

Hi Mealea… Well 1st you need the experimental version of wings http://s331378245.onlinehome.us/manifoldlab_releases/ found at this link…
Then find torus Knot and tilt polys in" lots more" catagory… every thing else is extrusions … the mapping is done in Zbrush with light caps…
Here is a pic for background setting… If you want shadows on the backgound image , create a plane to catch the shadow…
Its sort of maybe a backwards way of doing things but its working for me so far… Does that help ? if not tell me …

Talking about the mesh lace flower…
I subd the original shape up to about 1.5 million points and the some hpolish and edge pinching and then intensity masking,
after that size deformation and lots of smooth and other tweaks to get the mask just right and then deform size at about 10 , 2 or three times …
add a material and render…
