So… its really a twizzler brush!

These brushes are awesome!!!
You should put them in the repository, seriously they are very cool.

Also I am still working on the next bit of that tutorial, its sort of turning into something a bit bigger
then I expected but its coming along…
It would be done by now if it were not for the release of 4r4 which is just about the most
distracting thing since the invention oof the jackhammer but a lot more pleasent.

4r4 is so amazing to me that I went and doubled the amount of ram in my computer from 4gb to 8gb.
The difference is profound.

Your brushes have given me a bunch of new ideas so now Im off to be distracted some more…

Cheers!
Mealea

Nice exploration Deke on the last one posted…Wonder what would happen if you used LightCap with it,That part where you grab a colored texture for the background, and then press reflect / lightcap…and then the background colors reflect on the main subject.
Thanks for creating and sharing these brushes by the way…:+1:…I’m looking forward to trying them out…once I start exploring this new feature…which will be soon I hope…I had a weird computer/internet problem with my computer, Had to use my wifes computer for awhile…very old, and very very slow …agrevating as hell LOL…I finally got my computer problem solved, so now I can start to enjoy all of these new ZBRUSH features…hopefully

Your shadows are way to harsh for the lighting situation in that room. You should play with the BPR shadow settings in the render menue.

:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1: as stone3d said try to match the subtle shadow angle- blur and opacity under the picture frames - maybe dim lights a bit !!

Hi Deke :)…Hey, I was going to suggest the same thing about the shadows the other day, but it looks like a couple of people have beaten me to it…

Above is a link to a tutorial that someone posted in someone elses thread the other day…It really helped me figure out how some of those BPR settings actually work…Check it out,…I think it will make things alot clearer and more enjoyable for you in the shadow department…I know it did for me.
Enjoy :+1:

Hey Glenn… Good call on that digital tutor video… It helped me some and here is the result.

Hi Deke

Hey…Excellent job on this last one posted…Great image…Luv the shadow you got behind the dragon…really makes him pop, and fit into the scene…Also really like the piece of flowered and planted lanscape in the left corner…enhances the composition ninely, without distracting from the main character and action in the scene…great use of lighting…and GREAT progress also…LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE…Thumbs up man.

Glenn

Just an evening doodle for your amusement…I hope you get a yuk yuk out of it… Deke
