This maybe the wrong forum to bring this up, but…I have my MRI images from a medical Dicom, Skull brain, skin(surface) that, I then save as Wavefront (.OBJ) files. I then load, one at a time into ZBrush, then change the material so that I can edit and manipulate the image as a ZBrush project. The images are at best for the medical field all that is necessary, but they are incomplete, they only show areas of interest, however cropped.
My issue is trying to blend/marry/combine two images that show different levels of anatomy together of the same patient/person and stitch them or mask parts together to make one image. While this may seem easy for an advanced user of ZBrush, I’m having trouble figuring out the work flow. I’ve tried importing one image into the document currently on the screen, but then it switches to the document just imported. I tried copy and paste into the current document, but still it show the pasted image and the previous document disappears. My skill level with ZBrush is intuitive due to other art programs i have worked with over the years, namely Photoshop, which I figured out fairly well, but ZBrush has me a little stumped at the moment.
Any ideas? Thanks!
