Blend Shapes Question

Hey.
I have a character that already have a facial rig and blend shapes created. So what I want now is to brush up some of those blend shapes in Zbrush. I know there is the Zplugin - Maya Blend Shapes, but that will create a new blend shapes from the already existing blend shapes. There’s any other way to do it besides doing from start all the blend shapes in Zbrush?
