Amazing style and skills.
I’m interested in the black guy’s head. What are the skin material setup what is your lighting setup? I’m trying to get the bump map and the displacement map to work but no luck. Thanks for sharing

EiadL: Thanks! I just test the sss2 shader and its only a highpoly head with a the diffuse texture in the bump slot. So nothing special there.
A little uopdate on the croc thing, didn’t have the time to do more…
Your Croc is Killer!
The wood guy is great, too!
Your killer croc is simply fantastic. The time you put in shows on each scale. The figure is beautiful too I love how the pectorals hang. You really feel the weight. I honestly would go in and redo just a few scales on one side for a more natural look. Just a few. Simply hint at it.
Amazing character with a lot of great techniqe to back it up
Great model!
I really like his short pants also, very well done!
thanks a lot everyone. Hope you will also like the lowpoly version.
I am done with the lowpoly. Take longer time to finish him as i thought, to many other stuff to do.
I use the cryengine3 to render this guy.
Hope you like him.
I really love to work with zbrush!
Nice work…Love the bakedown and render
Really nice work Bischoff. Fantastic model and render
FANTASTIC!!!
Great scale patterns, great costume, awesome coloring.

Like everyone else has already said, the scale work is amazing! Really diggin the amount of detail you put in.
Whats your mesh/poly count?!
I dont like such creatures, but from professional point of view you made an awesome job! excellent lowpoly!
please can we see the wireframe without the normal map and also how many poly’s it is
Turned out great
Holy crap. Is there any way you can post the flats? Your texturing is incredible how do you go about it
Very nice! Great detailing! If I’m going to nit pick at all, it would be that the pants and belt look a little loose around the waist.
