Here’s the Arnold render version in Maya of a personal character I’ve remade about 3 times now. The skin shader in this one is a bit more complex since it uses a blend between a displacement map and a normal map. The roughness detail is generated from the displacement map, but there is a coat map used to supplement it. If you squint your eye’s to the point where they’re almost closed it could almost pass for a real person, the black/white version especially.
