Bind Mesh

So I am posing several models with bind mesh but I want to collapse this rigging down to a final mesh where the rig is gone but my model is posed. How is this done? When I turn off bind mesh my model goes back to the start pose. I tried a rig through transpose master but my models half vanish and then have importing errors when trying to complete the pose

I might be wrong about this, but I believe the way it is intended to work is you capture the rigged and posed mesh via making an adaptive skin copy. This way your original remains unchanged. If I’m incorrect about this assumption, hopefully someone else will chime in.
