the forms of the elephants are good 
the details on the skin are too random though
try to keep the direction of the wrinkles in a logical way especially around joints

wow, really nice work. I agree with the crit about the cloth, they feel a bit floaty also, have you tried sculpting the folds with gravity on the brush?
