Hi guys, first post on this forum, from a complete ZBrush newbie who is looking to get sculpting in a big way.
I hate to start a new thread, but if anyone could point me in the right direction, I would very much appreciate it. I’ve spent the day trawling through various video tutorials, for various topics, but the sun has long since set and I’m not sure how best to proceed.
So for one of my first little projects, I am trying to make a puzzle box cube, with jigsaw inserts, extremely similar to the picture I have attached. I’ve set up reference images and tried tracing with various brushes (namely the slash brush, standard brush and curve standard), but the end result is not smooth or clean enough (not to mention slightly wobbly - I’m still getting used to the Wacom).
Does anyone have a brush or solution they would recommend? As soon as I get a name, I’ll watch every tutorial on the subject.
