And one question…would you classify this as a realistic human head?
That’s pretty good for an early Zbrush work. It doesn’t quite make it to the realistic category though. This is mostly because of the proportions. The cranium is much too small. The top of the head should be a lot higher above the eyebrows. The ears are large, but more to the point you need more area between the rim of the ear and the side of the head. Study your friends to see how their ears attach.
I would also try to keep the lines between the sides of the nose and the corners of the mouth more subtle. Most people’s wrinkle from the corner of their nose comes closer to the corner of their mouth, but this is not true for everyone.
Good start though. Keep practicing.
