Beholder

Hi Everyone,

First post here. A lot of very talented people in this forum. This is a zbrush render of a beholder I did very recently. I’m just starting to get comfortable with zbrush now. It’s been a few weeks and man do zscripts make learning things easy. I wish every software had that.

Hi Adam and welcome,

Wow, he’s a freaky looking dude! good work and thanks for sharing it. What’s a beholder?

The first thing I thought of when I saw him was that fat round tenticle-eyed creature from big trouble in little china, with whats his face in it…ummmm, Kurt Russell, thats it.

Thanks. A beholder is a Dungeons & Dragons creature and your correct, that is definately a beholder in “big trouble in little china”.

Haha … I like it! Welcome on board.

Yeh … zscripts are amazing. Tiny size, huge benefit. Watching a master modelling in front of your eyes on your own screen is quite a thrill. Hmmm maybe I should get out more.

Cool image, love the eye details and feel ,
cool monster:)
